Civil engineers build the world's infrastructure. In doing so, they have shaped the histories and destinies of every nation. ASCE at Penn State Harrisburg is a student group that allows civil engineering and SDCET majors at this campus to work on group projects, attend construction site visits, field trips, and monthly dinner meetings to meet with professionals in the civil engineering field. Every dinner meeting is sponsored by the Central ASCE Chapter and includes a special focus topic that covers the different specialties in Penn State Harrisburg Civil Engineering major (structural, general, environmental, and construction).
